MJ88 Terms of Service: Agreement and Platform Rules

Welcome to MJ88, the online gaming platform in Nepal. By accessing MJ88, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform. These Terms apply to your use of the website, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, bets, bonuses, and dispute resolution.

Legal Framework

Eligibility Requirements

Account Registration

You can only open one account on our platform; therefore, in case of opening multiple accounts, they will be deleted, with the balance available on them being forfeited.

You are required to provide a valid email address which you frequently use and can be used by us to notify you of any changes.

We reserve the right to ask you to complete KYC procedures before any deposits or withdrawals. KYC procedures might entail providing us with your personal information/identifying documents, and payment method in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering laws.

Account Security

It is the player’s obligation to ensure that their account is secure. Strong, unique, and hard-to-guess passwords should be used whenever registering at MJ88. The MJ88 Team recommends using both lower-case and upper-case letters, numbers, and special characters.

The player is responsible for all actions taken under their account. The MJ88 Team considers all deposits and withdrawals made to/from the account as legitimate and rightful. Deposit of Funds

Please make deposits only via payment methods registered under your account. Deposits made through unauthorized methods will be declined, and the platform reserves the right to block such accounts. By making a deposit, you confirm that you are the owner of the payment system used.

Deposits in foreign currency are converted into Nepalese Rupees according to the exchange rate. MJ88 bears the cost of all deposits, except for cashless deposits, where the user shall be responsible for associated bank fees.

MJ88 does not allow credit; therefore, it is recommended to make a deposit with sufficient funds in the balance, as the system does not provide the option to finance bets.

Withdrawal of Funds

MJ88 typically processes withdrawals in 5-15 minutes through the AI-powered payment gateway to your selected channel, e.g., eSewa.

Make sure to fulfill all wagering obligations before requesting a withdrawal. Typically, you must wager your deposit x1 before withdrawing any amount without incurring any charges. Withdrawing before fulfilling your wagering requirements would attract an 8% commission and a minimum fine of NPR 500.

The minimum withdrawal amount is NPR 1000. The withdrawal limits vary between customers depending on factors such as the ratio of your account balance to the value of your deposits. Customers who have deposited ten (10) times the balance can withdraw up to NPR 650,000 monthly. Accounts with higher ratios are limited to a maximum monthly withdrawal of NPR 1,300,000.

Any withdrawal requests must be directed to the same payment method used to make the deposit. MJ88 can also debit alternate financial instruments upon verification. The company can ask you to verify your identity at any time before processing your withdrawal.

Betting Rules

All bets are subject to specific terms and conditions depending on the game and sport category. By making any bets, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.

Bets are accepted when MJ88 confirms it on their side, and they may be canceled if they have not yet been credited. Bets are final upon confirmation, with a specified minimum and maximum amount on the platform at the time of bet confirmation being valid.

MJ88 reserves the right to cancel bets at its discretion due to errors, incorrect odds, system failures, or any other reasons that violate these terms and conditions.

The results of any bets are determined by official data sources, and all disputes are subject to the decision of MJ88. Any discrepancies in results must be resolved within 72 hours of the event’s conclusion.

Bonus Terms

MJ88 reserves the right to provide special bonuses to its clients under these terms and conditions. By accepting any bonus, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The bonus may require you to take certain actions, enter a bonus code, make a deposit, or verify your account. You must also meet the wagering requirements, game restrictions, stake requirements, and expiration dates that apply to the bonus. You are not allowed to abuse the bonus in any way, including by using multiple accounts, placing coordinated bets, or taking advantage of any errors or discrepancies. Any bonus that is canceled for any reason will result in the forfeiture of any bonus funds and winnings.

Prohibited Activities

The following are prohibited and may lead to suspension, termination, and/or legal action:

• You are not allowed to attempt to manipulate the market, take advantage of, or circumvent MJ88’s systems or procedures.
• Money laundering is strictly prohibited and may lead to your account’s closure and/or legal action.

Account Suspension

MJ88 reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or close any account for abuse, violations, suspicions of fraud, and/or regulatory reasons. The account can also be closed at the request of the user.

On closing, MJ88 will settle all valid bets and return funds available to withdraw if applicable. A balance reduction may be made to withhold amounts due to fraud or any other liabilities.

The player can request closure by writing to the customer support desk using the registered email address. The player will get the remaining money, and the closure is mostly irreversible.

Dispute Resolution

The above terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, except for the laws concerning consumer protection.

If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must provide MJ88 customer support with notice of the terms you do not agree with and the account information, and MJ88 will consider the dispute in good faith.

In the event of an irreconcilable dispute, both parties shall refer the matter to the skilled authorities of the other party.

Changes to Terms

MJ88 may change these terms at any time without giving any notice. Any changes to the terms and conditions made shall be applicable to the users right from the day of their first posting on the website.
